This beautifully furnished chalet is situated in the centre of Maria Alm with the local ski-lifts, rental shop and restaurants conveniently located just next door. You can choose between double rooms, room with an extra bed or a modern apartment. All rooms are equipped with a shower/WC, hair-dryer, cabel TV, balcony and safe. New for 2009/10, the owners have invested in a beautiful private Wellness Area, which you can even hire out exclusively for yourselves from as little as €20! You may also visit the well equipped Spa in their adjacent Hotel.

Apartment
The living area measures 45 m2, and accommodates 2 to 4 people. It is fully equipped with an open-plan kitchen and living room, dining area, separate bedroom, shower/WC, balcony, TV, safe, coffee-machine, microwave, dish washer, cooking utensils cutlery, bed linen and towels.

Haus Heidi

Located on Castle Mountain (adjacent to AustriaSuperSki's original Chalet), and only a short walk into the resort centre, the newly renovated Haus Heidi offers truly spectacular views across Maria Alm and the surrounding mountain range. You can be sure of a warm welcome from Annemarie and her family and choose to stay in a range of well equipped double rooms (on a B&B basis), or 2 self-catering apartments.

The two homely and roomy apartments accommodate 2-4 people and consist of a kitchen, separate bedroom and a living room with comfortable sofa-bed and dinning area. Particularly suitable for families the apartments allow you to put the kids to bed and then relax with a glass of wine in your private lounge area. Both come equipped with a TV, private bathroom/wc, and a balcony offering spectacular views across the resort and surrounding ski slopes. Add to this the extremely friendly hospitality of Annemarie and you can be sure of a thoroughly enjoyable and comfortable stay in Maria Alm.

Agasport Apartments

Perfectly located in the heart of Maria Alm, above the rental shop and opposite the ski slopes & ski schools, Agasport offer 4 spacious (50m2), yet cosy apartments suitable for 2-5 people.

Facilities include a separate bedroom, living room with a pull-out sofa, a kitchen with dinette, and a private bathroom/wc, cable TV ( Sat), Radio and Telephone and bed linen & towels are also available.
